You may not use them without the prior written permission of Arkos Systems, LLC. All other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. The Workflow application, the Nexus portal, their source code, user interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and documentation are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
Trade-name notice
Arkos Learning Solutions is a trade name (also known as a “doing business as,” or DBA) of Arkos Systems, LLC. References to “Arkos Learning Solutions” in the product, on this website, and in these policies mean Arkos Systems, LLC operating under that trade name. The legal entity responsible for the Workflow product, and the party to all agreements relating to it, is Arkos Systems, LLC. Use of the trade name does not create a separate legal entity, and all rights, obligations, licenses, and liabilities run to and from Arkos Systems, LLC.
Licensing summary
Workflow is licensed, not sold. Each license authorizes one user to use the Workflow application on one Apple-silicon Mac for a defined term (typically one year). Activation binds the license to your device via a device-generated key and a cryptographically signed entitlement that the application validates locally, allowing offline use for the term. At expiration, the application enters a non-destructive read-only mode that preserves access to your data while disabling editing until the license is renewed. Restricted-data notice
Workflow has not been authorized for classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or other regulated information. Do not enter such information into this application. You are solely responsible for the data you place in the Service. This notice may be updated from time to time.
Arkos does not represent that the product is FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, FIPS, ITAR, CUI, HIPAA, or government-cloud compliant by virtue of its integration with Microsoft services or otherwise.
